Sweet Fresh Air was started in May 09 with the idea of canning Welsh Air to preserve its unique nature for transportation & easy access.

The product was designed & developed by Brecon gals Karin Mear & Julia Blazer, as a solution for how to create a desirable gift from something that could be possibly seen as intrinsically worthless to many.

The capturing & canning of the air proved more difficult than it initially seemed, since mid-Wales was seen as the ideal location to avoid pollution from other sources.  The solution proved to be on their doorstep and all air is canned during westerly winds.

Karin is a local artist and graphic designer, and Julia is a product designer with a shop & wholesale interiors accessories business called Oh!
