Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between
you and Oh! will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless
we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in

for a refund please return within 14 days of receipt and in the original packaging.
The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us.
We therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage.

The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your

Breakages
We have years of experience of packing
fragile goods for delivery all over the world and the incidence of breakage is very
